"As an instructor teaching single day workshops to week-long professional trainings in the Trager Approach is one of the great joys in my life. I bring my passion for this unique somatic work, my experience both as a teacher and as a practitioner. Throughout, open presence, simple curiosity, and a sense of play guide students into their own internal discoveries, feeling states, and freer ways in being and moving in a body. Facilitating a variety in ways of learning, verbal, kinesthetic, touch, imagery, sound, and movement speak to different personas, body architectures, minds, and life experiences.
