Level 1 Trager® Training Application Form
Welcome to the United States Trager Association, one of 13 National Associations belonging to Trager International (TI) that promote the Trager Approach! You will become part of an international community of seekers engaged in creating peace in the world, one person at a time. After completing this training, you will be included as a member with access to our private, members-only directory (you may opt out), as well as many resources to help you on your personal and professional journey.
Please complete 1 of the following activities before you begin Level One:
• Receive two or more Trager sessions (including Mentastics) from a Licensed Trager Practitioner
or
• Receive one or more Trager sessions and participate in a 6 hours minimum Introductory Workshop, Mentastics class, or Trager for Daily Life (TDL) class, in person or online
One recommendation by a Certified Trager workshop leader or Practitioner is needed before taking Level One.

Current dues for USTA membership: $100 for a period of 2 years beginning with training date is included in the fee for the class. After the second year, $50 annually until certification.
STUDENT AGREEMENT
I agree not to represent myself as a Trager Practitioner, nor charge for my Trager sessions during the Student phase of my training. I also understand that I may not represent myself as a Trager Practitioner, Workshop Leader, Trager Tutor, Teacher, or Instructor without the appropriate written authorization.
I confirm (except for any ameliorating statement attached to this form) that I am in good physical and mental health and have not had any surgery in the last three months. I am not under the influence of mind-altering drugs of any kind, and I do not have a criminal record of violent or sexual offences. If my circumstances change, I shall immediately inform the administrative board of the United States Trager Association. *
*Please note- if you believe or know you are pregnant (especially in the first trimester), please let us know before enrolling in the class.

$150 due by April 16th, 2025 to ensure your space in this training. Refundable minus the Registration Fe.
