What happens in this Moving Meditation class?
In our 90 minutes together, you will be guided through fun and simple active movements, self-touch practices and questions of feeling possibilities to prompt a simple process of awareness toward a more natural state of being in your body, and in your mind. This pleasant and fluid exploration gives space (inside and outside the body) to settle and notice what upright relaxation feels like. Often people re-discover their natural and supported posture!
