For Massage Therapists, Bodyworkers, Somatic Therapists, PTs, Healthcare Providers, Dancers, and anyone interested in feeling more at home in their body!

Are you working at the expense of your own body?
Tired of pushing against the same patterns of tension?

-
Avoid career burnout and/or re injury
-
Embody lightness, grounding and freedom!
-
Repattern and liberate your somatic self-care skills!

Discover how Trager principles of natural movement, body presence and mindful touch reach the mind and teach the body how it could feel. This pleasant process helps resolve compensatory patterns of stiffness, pain, weakness and imbalance. The Trager Approach is additionally effective in easing and managing neuromuscular conditions including Parkinson’s, MS, stroke and challenges with movement and balance.

In this 1-day introductory workshop you will learn how your own movement(s), sensory awareness and intentioned touch facilitate a feeling of ease, connectedness and aliveness in your own body. You will have the opportunity to potentiate these pleasant and deeply felt qualities for you and with your workshop peers. Structured and guided explorations in sitting, standing and 'at the table' exercises will facilitate improved body mechanics, comfort and improved overall effectiveness in achieving a longer-lasting positive feeling integration.

Most of all, you will gain 'insights' in how Trager principles can support and further your self-regulatory skills in daily life!
